Just did the blogilates bikini HIIT routine 4 TIMES today!!! The most I’ve done a HIIT routine was 3 times but I’ve never done 4. Oh God it feels good. But they hurt so much. Unless you really wanna be challenged & feel the intense painful burn then do some blogilates HIIT. But if you still want to be able to have feeling in your legs, then don’t, because these routines are KILLER.
